2. Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts one day after event. If one day has gone by since your event, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund,return or exchange.
The menu provided must be served or eaten during the event. Refunds will be given if food is damaged or lost before or during the event.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Zai Sri Gemilang is a technology company that connects Customer with independent third party decoration rental company, independent third party canopy rental company and independent third party logistic transportation (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract between you and Beyond Better regarding your use of the Service. This contract will be between the Company and the Customer.
