This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy is issued taking into account the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”) that was introduced by the Government of Malaysia to regulate the processing of Personal Data in commercial transactions. The Act requires us to inform you of your rights in respect of your Personal Data that is being processed or that is to be collected and further processed by us and the purposes for the data processing. The Act also requires us to obtain your consent to the processing of your Personal Data. In view of the Act, Zai Event Sdn. Bhd. is committed to ensuring that your Personal Data is protected.

2. Return & Refund Policy

 

Our policy lasts one day after event. If one day has gone by since your event, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund,return or exchange.

The menu provided must be served or eaten during the event. Refunds will be given if food is damaged or lost before or during the event.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at zaigemilangevents@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zaigemilangevents@gmail.com and send your item to: No 9 Jalan Platinum G7/G, Seksyen 7, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No 9 Jalan Platinum G7/G, Seksyen 7, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation:

In the unfortunate event of a booking having to be cancelled, Client will need to inform us by emailing to zaigemilangevents@gmail.com or through sales person 0192284349 / 0132874349
The Deposit paid is non-refundable, non-transferable regardless of the length of time prior to the event you decide to cancel.
Cancellation received with less than two months notice prior to the event – 50% of total event cost will be charged.
Cancellation received with less than one month notice prior to the event – 100% of total event cost will be charged.


4. Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Zai Event Sdn. Bhd., Company No. 1093644-P. (“Zai Sri Gemilang,”,”Zai Event”, “ZSG”, “we,” or “us” or “Company”) and our website at zaisrigemilang.com, along with our related websites, networks, applications, and other services provided by us.This company provide food preparation and delivery service for Customer (stated below and hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’, ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘Client’). Zai Sri Gemilang is a technology company that connects Customer with independent third party decoration rental company, independent third party canopy rental company and independent third party logistic transportation (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract between you and Beyond Better regarding your use of the Service. This contract will be between the Company and the Customer.

 

Booking:

Requesting a quotation does not guarantee date availability.
All prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit.
If the number of guests is less than originally booked, we will still charge for the numbers ordered.
Final numbers of guests must be notified to us in writing no later than 14 days prior to the event. After this time if the numbers increase by up to 100 pax this can normally be accommodated, but this is not guaranteed and allowances can not be made if the numbers drop.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing the only services that the Company agrees to provide to you are the services specified in your invoice.
Our provision of services will be only begin when payment listed in your invoice is cleared funds in our bank account.


Payment:

Unless specified in the invoice, the following payment terms apply to you
You may pay RM100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to hold an event date. (applied to event)
Full payment is required to be made to us 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT in cleared funds.
We are entitled, without liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any booking if full payment remains unpaid 7 days prior to event and deposit will be forfeit.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, direct bank in or telegraphic transfer

Credit Terms:

RM100 admin fee applied for each successful credit terms application. (Fee waived for repeating customers, NGO & federal government of Malaysia)
By applying for credit terms, we and CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd may conduct credit/trade checks, CCRIS & DCHEQS on your company and where applicable, your director(s), shareholder(s) and guarantor(s).
We are entitled at our discretion to approve or decline your credit terms application based on reasons which include your eligibility for the application and your compliance with our internal credit and registration requirements.
You are required to sign a CTOS Report and CCRIS consent authorisation when you begin your application.


Equipment:

Any equipment lost or damaged by you or any guest will be charged at the full replacement cost.


Claims:

A claim that the Services are not in accordance with the invoice will not be accepted by the Company unless written notice or email notice is given to the Company within three (3) days of the provision of the Services, stating the grounds of the claim and enclosing any supporting evidence.
Property, title and ownership in all goods and materials sold subject to these terms and conditions shall not be passed to the Customer until such time as all sums of money
